Does Nicki's Homemade Crafts print the products?
No, we do not print them ourselves. We use the company Printify, which have product fulfillment centers who print and ship the items to you directly.
What do I do if I have a request for a product?
I will not do custom orders, unless it is something that fits in my theme of Crochet and Yarn and I think it would benefit others as well. But it is up to my discretion whether to go ahead and make a design according to someone's request or wish.
Do I need to pay Taxes (e.g. Sales tax or VAT tax)?
Depending on where you live, there will or will not be a sales tax added. If you or in a qualifying country where VAT tax is required, you will be charged that fee as well.
How is my order shipped?
Each item is printed from a different printing vendor, which means your items might ship in more than 1 shipment and sometimes from different carriers.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We use USPS, DHL and UPS.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping is FREE for the United States and $10 Flat Rate for International Shipments. Orders will ship usually takes 2-5 business days after item is processed.
Can I cancel an order?
No, you cannot cancel an order as it send directly to Printify for fulfillment and I cannot stop that.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards and you can also pay via PayPal.
How long is the processing time until order is shipped?
Production turnaround varies between print providers that Printify offers, but most orders are shipped within 1-5 business days from the order submission date in Printify.
Orders are sent to production only after payment for orders is received. Each print provider has a different daily cutoff time. In case an order is received before the daily cutoff time, it will count for that day. Orders submitted after the daily cutoff time are counted towards the following day.
Production times listed on the product catalog are based off of 7 day averages and are not guarantees. In addition, holidays and high volume seasons may cause production times to be slower than the listed average.
Do I receive a Tracking code after my products are shipped?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number sent via email once the products are shipped. If you ordered multiple items, sometimes an email can get lost. Just send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will send you the tracking number for a specific item.
What if my product is lost or damaged?
In the case of damaged goods, there is no need to send the product back to us. Simply email me at email@example.com the order number and images of the damaged goods or only the order ID for lost goods and we will have replacements sent out right away.
For a lost or damaged order I will notify Printify who will provide you with a reprint.
Can I return products?
Printify will only review replacement or return requests if the product is missing, damaged or has a print error - provided that it was caused by Printify. Printify is not responsible for incorrectly provided customer information that results in lost or misdirected shipments. In case of a re-shipment, the user must cover the expenses.
Nicki's Craft Store is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages that are marked as delivered, but “not received” are the responsibility of you and your local Post Office or Delivery Service. Please contact your local Post Office / Delivery service for these rare instances/situations. Also, delayed scanning on USPS/ Delivery Service is beyond our control once the package leaves our premises. Please Note: The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. We ship to the address provided via website checkout. Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
